Khapsa Rice
Ingredients
Olive oil (discretionary)/Oil +butter 60-70 ml

Rice
Method
* Soak the rice in water
* In a container, put olive oil +butter, garlic, dry lemon, cinnamon sticks, inlet leave, green and dark cardamom, garlic and ginger glue. Continue sautƩing.
