Man Placates Crying Mad Man, Can This Happen in Naija?

Wow! One can say this young man is brave. Not everyone would have the guts to get close to a mad person, talk more of soothing them while upset. Although people often say genuine love and care often makes a mad person less aggressive, but people tend to run away from them due to safety reasons. This only reflects on the fact that everyone needs love and affection, but to be very factual isn’t it risky? A particular young man was spotted in Ghana placating a Mad Man he found on the street crying and after sweet words from him, he was able to calm him down. The question is, can this happen in Naija my country?
